IPLWIN General terms and conditions
1. General points
1.1 A bet is an agreement concerning winning, made between the customer and the gambling company according to the established rules; in this case, the outcome of the agreement depends on an event, which is unknown whether it will happen or not. Customers’ bets will be accepted according to the betting company’s terms and conditions.

1.5. Cancellation of a bet is an event for which the calculation and payment of winnings is not made. In case of “bet cancellation” according to the terms of this Agreement, the transaction between the organizer and the customer is considered not completed and a refund is made for such bet.
1.6 Regular playing time is the duration of the match according to the competition rules for the sport in question, including time added by the referee. Basic playing time does not include extra time, overtime, penalty kicks, penalties, etc.
1.7 All fees are calculated based on information provided by the processing center.

All claims for the accumulated winnings are accepted within ten (10) days.
1.9 A bet placed by a customer on a certain outcome of an event is considered a win if all outcomes specified in such bet are correctly predicted.
1.10. Betting conditions (odds, handicaps, totals bets, maximum betting limits etc.) may be changed after any bet has been placed and the previously placed betting conditions remain unchanged. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform themselves of any changes to the current lineup before entering into the agreement.
1.11. Bets placed on events whose outcome is known at the time of betting may be calculated with a factor of “1”.
1.12. According to this Agreement, in case of disputes between the customer (betting participant) and the betting company regarding the execution and implementation of the winning contract concluded between the customer (betting participant) and the betting company, including issues regarding the payment of winnings, the outcome of events, winning odds, issues of other material terms of the contract, as well as issues of recognition of the contract as not concluded or invalid, the parties shall establish a binding pre-agreement

If there are insufficient arguments to substantiate the allegations stated in the complaint, the complaint will be returned without consideration.
1.14. In case of staff errors when accepting bets (obvious typos in the proposed list of events, chances of line and bet mismatch, etc.), deviating from these Rules when accepting bets, as well as other arguments confirming the incorrectness of the bet, the betting company reserves the right to declare bets invalid on such terms. These bets will be paid out in disagreement with “1”. The management is not obligated to provide evidence and opinions for betting on participants.
1.16. If there has been an obvious error in our odds, such a bet will be calculated according to the final result in the current odds corresponding to that marker.
1.17. The betting company does not accept claims regarding transliteration (foreign language translation) of team names, player names and competition venues. All information provided in the tournament name is of an ancillary nature. Any possible errors in this information do not constitute grounds for betting refunds.
1.18. The company reserves the right to close the betting account and cancel all bets placed on this account if it is established that the betting participant had information about the outcome of the event at the time the bet was placed. In this case, the management of the betting company is not obliged to present any evidence and conclusions to the bet participants.
2. Basic rules for accepting bets
2.1 The betting company has the right to limit the maximum bet, odds on individual events and to limit or increase the maximum bet, odds for any particular customer without notice or explanation.
2.2 Acceptance of repeat bets on a player’s outcome or combination of outcomes may be restricted at the betting company’s discretion.
2.3 A bet is considered accepted once it has been registered on the server and an online confirmation has been issued. Registered bets are not subject to cancellation or correction.
2.4 Bets are accepted only in an amount that does not exceed the current balance on the customer’s account. After a bet has been registered, the stake amount is deducted from the account. After the bets have been settled, the winnings are credited to the customer’s account.
2.5 Bets are accepted before the start of the event; the date, start time of the event and any associated comments shown in the line are indicative. Should, for any reason, a bet be placed after the actual start of the event, such bet is considered void. The exception to this is for bets placed on live events, i.e. bets placed during the course of the match. Such bets are valid until the end of the match.
2.6 LINE and LIVE bets are not edited or deleted, except in special cases provided for in these rules.
2.7 In case a bet is cancelled, a refund will be made on a single bet. In express bets, if a single bet must be cancelled or more events, no winnings are calculated for these events.
2.8 In cases of incorrectly calculated bets (e.g. due to erroneously entered results), such bets will be recalculated. In this case, bets placed between the erroneous and the recalculation are considered valid. If the player’s balance is negative after the recalculation, the player may not place any bets until the account has been restored.
2.9 All sporting events will be considered as postponed or cancelled only if there is information from official documents of the organizations holding sporting competitions, official websites of sport federations, websites of sport clubs and other sport information sources, and based on this data the sporting events in the line are adjusted.
2.10. The bet is subject to cancellation if the customer has knowingly misled the employees (employees of the betting company) by providing them with false information and claims regarding the acceptance of bets, payment of winnings, event result and other information and claims, having such a character. The above cases also apply to minors under the age of 18 and their parents.
2.11. A bet is subject to cancellation if the bet is placed on a known outcome (the event has occurred, but the outcome is not reflected in the system).
3. Bet types
3.1 Single – a bet on a given outcome of an event. The win of a single bet will equal the product of the bet amount and the odd set for the given outcome.
3.2 A Parlay is a wager on multiple outcomes of independent events. A win on a PARLAY is equal to the product of the sum of the wager and the odds of all the outcomes included in the PARLAY. A loss on one of the outcomes of a PARLAY means a loss on the entire PARLAY.
4 Restrictions on the inclusion of certain event results
4.1 Only one of the dependent events can be included in a PARLAY. If two or more dependent events are included in a parlay, the event with the lowest probabilities is excluded from the parlay.
4.2 Dependent outcomes (interdependent events) – the outcome of one part of a bet affects the outcome of another part.
4.3 Bets on “Time to Score Penalty Yes/No” events are considered lost if no penalty kick is awarded during normal playing time.
4.4 Bets on “How to Score” and “Next Goal” events are considered lost if the goal whose number is indicated in the bet has not been scored.
5. Live betting
5.1 Live bets are accepted for main and additional results. You can place single live bets or combine them into one express bet.
5.2 A bet is considered accepted once it has been registered on the server and an online confirmation has been issued. An accepted bet is not subject to change. In the case of the circumstances referred to in the section “Main Betting Rules”, a live bet can be settled in disagreement with “1”.
5.3 The betting company is not responsible for any inaccuracy in the current results of the games for which live betting is accepted. Customers should also use other independent sources of information.
5.4 Live bets are not edited or deleted.
6. Match results, start date and time, dispute resolution procedure
6.1. The bet calculation may be revised due to an incorrect result provided by the bookmaker. When calculating bets, the actual start time of the events will be taken into consideration and will be provisionally determined on the basis of the official documents of the organizations holding the sporting competitions and, if no such approved documents exist, on the basis of the official websites of the sports federations, sports clubs’ websites and other sports information sources.
6.2 The bookmaker is not responsible for any discrepancies in the actual start date and time of the events. The date and time of the event start indicated in the line are indicative. When calculating bets, the actual start time of the event will be determined based on the official documents of the organizing organization of the competition.
6.3 The betting company is not liable for inaccuracies in the names of championships and the duration of matches (sporting events). The data indicated on line and the live broadcasts are indicative. 6.6 If a competitor withdraws before the start of the event, all bets on that competitor are void.
6.7 If a competitor withdraws during an event for any reason (injury, withdrawal etc.), all bets placed before the start of the last round or event in which the competitor was involved are valid and all other bets will be void.
6.8 If a participant, a team member (soccer player, hockey player, basketball player, etc.) did not participate in the match, the odds of winning bets on him/her are considered equal to “1”, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6.9 If a tennis match is abandoned (disqualified) before the start of the match, betting odds are considered “1”, except for bets on the result of a competitor in the competition. If a tennis match is interrupted, not completed on the same day and postponed, bets remain valid until the end of the tournament in which the match was played, until the match is completed or the withdrawal of one of the competitors takes place.
6.10. If an event (match, competition or fight) features a pair of participants (teams, athletes) and the composition of the pair subsequently changes, all bets on this event are void.
6.11 In team competitions, if one or more competitors of any team are substituted for any reason, bets on the result of the entire match remain valid.
6.12. In double matches, if a double line-up is specified, if at least one of the competitors is substituted, the betting odds will be “1”; if no double line-up is specified, bets remain valid.
6.13. In competitions in which the terms “home team” and “away team” are used, bets stand if the event is moved: to a neutral ground – bets stand; to the opposing team’s ground – bets stand.
6.14. If the concepts of “home team” and “away team” do not apply to an event (e.g. singles and doubles), all bets on the event remain valid if the venue changes. NBA, NHL, AHL, CHL, OHL, WHL, North American Coast Hockey League teams can be placed in direct order (home vs. away team) or reverse order. In case of reverse order, no bets will be refunded.

6.18. In case of discrepancies in data from various information sources (date, time, result, team name), the betting company will suspend the payment of winnings until the authenticity of such information is fully investigated. If the result of a complete event shown on the official site differs from the television broadcast, the company reserves the right to settle on the basis of the television broadcast.
